Rash while pregnant-need advice

Ok so we went camping last weekend at i got eaten alive by misquitos, my legs were covered in spots. Well those are starting to go away but now i have different spots. Theyare on my upper thigh like where my legs rub together (sexy huh, lol) but they do not look the same as the bug bites, they are not raised and they do not itch as much, only a little. I am 9 weeks pregnant. Could this be a symptom of pregnancy? I have an OB apt. on Friday but i just want to check with you ladies too.

If it's where your thighs rub when you walk, it's probably just chafing.  use some baby powder in that area to help keep it dry.  That has nothing to do with pregnancy, if that's what it is.

A friend of mine had a rash on her but it was more where her shirt layed.  She thought she was allergic to her laundry detergent all of a sudden.  Changed it and it still didn't go away. She found out from her Dr. that she was allergic to herself and had to put on special lotion.  If that didn't work she would had to be prescribed something.  I never heard of it till then but sometimes your pregnancy can make you allergic to yourself.  I don't know if this is what you have or not but I would put it in consideration till you know what's wrong.  Talk to your doctor if it's not going away.

Her rash didn't go away till she had the baby but didn't get the rash till 3rd trimester.  I don't know if that means anything or not but wanted to let you know.
