Did you feel that it was harder to adjust to your second or third child?

Probably more from first to second than second to third.  My first to are 15 months apart, both boys, so they were hard.  My third was born 4 years after my second, so it's easier.  I just think it depends.

I think 3rd - but I think that is because he was not planned and we were in a bad place (marriage and financial wise).  I had a hard time bonding with him.  Thankfully, all is well now!

I thought it was harder with two. With 3 its not too bad, there is 6 yrs betwn the youngest and middle, 2 yrs between 1st and 2nd. The 2 older ones keep the 3 yr old entertained.

For me, it was harder to go from 1 to 2 than from 2 to 3.  By the time the third one came, I was a pro at dividing my time ..... lol.  Plus the 1st and 2nd occupied each other os that helped.  I am hoping the transition from 3 to 4 is as easy!!

Thank you for your responses.  I have two boys, 5 and 2yrs old and am really wanting another (a little girl would be awesom, but as long as it is healthy is the most important thing).

I have 5 and I didnt think it was hard at all. You just have to stay positive and know that everyday isnt going to go as planned or be perfect.
