Crying it out - question

What age is a good age to start CIO?  Just wondering... I started letting all 3 of my kids really start CIO at about 6 months.  I can't bear to do it any younger than that...

That's about when we started too. Before then she was really good at sleeping and we didn't have any problems getting her to take naps and go to bed at night..

i didnt do a set time... if my son was fed, changed, and i knew there was nothing wrong he could cry it out... unless i wasnt doing anything then of course id hold him but he wasnt a fussy baby till he was older.
