They definitely will, not only have they grown out of their old fall clothes but their old stuff was pretty beat up.

We had to buy b/c he is going into kindergarten & he wears uniforms

I gave my son 100.00 to buy school shoes and clothes. He did not need much so....this was my way of teaching him the value of a dollar and how to spend it! I LOVED it! He did great and he was actually very frugal! : )

BTW - We still got Adidas and Abercrombie - Just clearance!!!!

i answered other because my children are too little for school, how ever i would get a combo of new, gently used or even homemade.

All 3 of mine have their b-days before school so they get alot of school supplies for their b-days. Usualley all I have to get are bookbags and the supplies the teachers need.

       I did not buy new at the beginning of school;but will be buying new for the winter season.He has nothing from last year that fits.

My dd is 3 but she usually gets new clothes aroudn christmas and her bday which is march.  Otherwise we have hand me downs she wears as well.

My step daughter is 13 and I am only giving her $100 this year. I feel that if clothes still fit then it is unecesary to buy a whole new wardrobe. Plus she always buys the same things. Last year we spent $385 and her mom still got her clothes and I just think it's over doing it.
