Do you think it bad for a 6 month old to use the walker?

No. I'd put my 7 month old in one if I had it but it would be kinda pointless for me to buy one now since he already cruises. As long as she can sit supported or by herself she'll be fine.

Nope, my daughter used one from the time she was 4 months! She loved being mobile, lol!

I think it's bad for any age baby to use a walker. They've been proven to significantly slow down the progress of children learning to walk, crawl, and cruise. They can also be dangerous. I would never use one.
