Question for those with high metabolisms

What do you eat? I'm trying to get healthy now that I'm getting old but I find when I try and eat healthy I loose weight too quickly. Do you just end up eating a bunch of junk food too?

lol. i eat healthy like 6x a day. Just incorporate healthy things in your diet without getting rid off anything you would normally eat. like whole weat pasta and bread and pancakes. Add fruit into your breakfast, and raw veggies into your lunch. Im in the same boat as you. If i so much as skip a meal ill lose a pound.

I just eat something 4-6x a day... I don't really eat many actual meals, except for dinner with my family... but I am always snacking on something. I listen to my body, if I'm hungry, I eat... if I'm not then I don't.... Good luck
