Tilex's Mold and Mildew cleaner and a brush specifically made to clean grout. Not because it has mold or mildew but because if it can treat that it can treat anything. I spray, let it sit for a few minutes, scrub and then wipe it down.

Clorox bleach pen and a toothbrush.  I only have white grout in the bathrooms, so it's not a very large area.

I have been using a Spray Bottle with Bleach & Water in in.. Spraying the Grout, letting it sit for a few minutes, and then wiping it up with a White Cloth..  I can see how the other things would work too... I might try the Toothbrush next time..
