Anyone ever take Ginko Biloba or Saint Johns Wort?

I am pretty sure I have a mild case of depression. I wanted to try a natural remedy first and both of the above are listed as natural remedies for mild cases.

I take St Johns Wort to take the edge off and for me it does do that as long as your case is mild, it should work.  Does it make you happy-go-lucky? No but it does take the edge off.
