"Life is a gift of nature; but beautiful living is the gift of wisdom."
-Greek Adage
I know that there are several very insightful women here with advice to share! Your stories are so amazing and inspiring. Add your contribution here.
The question is:
If you were to share one piece of advice, what would it be?
Cherish every moment with your children they truly are a gift and you never know when that gift will be gone it could be in an instant

My little piece of advice would be to take the time to stop and notice your life... notice your children, your spouse, your home, your health... because any of these things could change in a moment. I try to take a mental note [or a literal one for that matter] to stop and see the beauty in my life... whether its a song we're singing to in the car, the joy of the four of us eating dinner at the table, the smell of my husband's cooking, my children's laughter, or their cries at night calling out for me....
I try not to dwell on what I don't have or what I did have or what we think we need to have... I try to realize what we DO have and every piece of it is precious and special. I feel so blessed to be a mother and it goes so fast... I want to take each moment and relish it. I try to notice the flowers growing the way my boys do or feel like excitement they have over a new toy. Every single day is a gift and I try to have the strength, peace and faith to stop and recognize it.

Plant seeds of kindness to grow Peace.
Be aware & mindful, gentle & kind....today.
Blessings & Light

Don't overcommit yourself, just focus on what is truly important to you in life. Prioritize!
Cherish every moment you have with your kids because they are only little once.
Treat people the way you want them to treat you.
Those are just two pieces of advice that I wanted to share.

Just one huh? Well, I love everything that's been said, so here's another one:
Be honest with yourself and others at all times.
Married 15 years; together almost 20 yrs. I work outside of the home, DH cares for kids at home; Sam (5 yrs) and Becca (22 months); 2 cats, 2 dogs, and one really old house. I am a liberally-minded person who appreciates humor, intelligent conversation, is sometimes into debating issues, and cherishes time and laughs with the fam. Life is too short to be stressed or angry.

Good one. Simple and oh so true. :)
