Four years ago, I purchased a Suddenly Slim Ten Day kit from a friend. I did not realize at that time that my life would be forever changed. I lost 8 pounds in the first ten days and went on to lose 60 pounds in about 5 or 6 months, using the First Fitness Suddenly Slim products. I have successfully kept that weight off to date. Better than the weight loss is the wellness that I have gained. The level of energy that I found is amazing!
