What Is Suddenly Slim?

It starts with a Ten Day Kit. This kit is actually designed as a detox and metabolic reset, but the end result is an average of ten pounds in the first ten days. It consists of three products and a menu plan that pretty much lines everything out for you. The first product (a tablet) is a metabolism booster, appetite suppressant, and a mild mood enhancer. You take one or two before each meal. I have never found anyone who said that Slim-n-up made them feel jumpy or jittery in any way. They're not made like that. The second part of the program is a balanced meal replacement shake. You mix it with water, or water and ice. It comes in Chocolate, berry and tropical cream. It's not a "diet" shake, but rather just great nutrition. My granddaughter drinks one every single morning... has for 3 1/2 years (she was three when she started on them)! They are very good, and very good for you. For the first two days, you drink them at every meal along with fruits and veges and sugar free jello. On day three, you just do your shake at breakfast (with fruit) and regular meals at lunch and supper. The third part of the program is a colon cleanser. The average American carries 7 to 25 pounds of "stuff" stuck to their intestine and colon walls. Reneu's job is to pull the sludge off the wall, kill the bad bacteria and build the good bacteria. You take one or two after breakfast and after supper. The Reneu is the tricky part. Sometimes people really react right away to Reneu, others take days to "get moving". It's not a laxative, but it does have senna in it (an herbal colon stimulator). I coach people to start with one the night before beginning and then just do one after breakfast and supper until you decide if you need to increase. Most people don't.

Sounds great! I like that it's natural and I just started exercising this week and wanted too add some diet change. WHICH IS VERY HARD! Thanks for the info! I might consider!

Lifestyle changes are the key to success! I tell people all the time that if you don't change your lifestyle choices, ultimately you will fail. You can be absolutely perfect on this program and lose all your weight and if when you're in perfect shape, you go back to eating the crap that made you gain weight, you will gain weight again.
It really gets easier after awhile. Once you chemically change your body, you stop wanting french fries!

I lost 60 pounds and 36 inches in less than six months and I've kept it off for four years! Let me help you reach your goals in health and wellness... www.firstfitness.com/2bethin .

This looks like a good idea and it sounds simple enough (and with me I need simple having a 2 1/2 year old a lot of stuff going on during the week and weekend.) I am seriously considering this program.
