Down another pound this morning. Still unofficial results, but I'm feeling it... whoohoo! I cut a cantaloupe last night, so I think I'll have some for breakfast and maybe switch it up a little. I'll still have my banana (sorry, I'm a bad influence). Not sure how well I'll do with my original plan of "extending" the first two days to three, because I've got to take my granddaughter to the Dr this a.m. If I'm out at lunch, I'll probably grab a chicken salad from McDonald's or Zaxby's or something. I've been known to take along a serving of shake in a pint mason jar and add ice water to it in the restaurant, but that's a lot of trouble... we'll see.

Today was one of those days that challange you... my little one needed to go to the Dr, I had two of my nieces, I was juggling work, etc.
This morning I "experienced a cleanse"... I'll spare you the details. But I will tell you that it feels so much better afterwards. I'm over the headachey feeling and the uneasy stomach and feeling pretty amazing! And I needed all of that for today...
So after the Dr I met my sisters (with all three little girls in tow) for lunch at a local BarBQue place. I had a wonderful barbque chicken salad, hold the cheese. It was a lot of salad, though... probably more chicken than I should've had, but whatever. Then I had to pick up prescriptions, pick up yogurt (and some other groceries) and back to work. I came in from work to find that my husband had taken off early for the second day in a row to go swimming... never mind the messy house. Ugh! Anyway, I fixed myself some brocoli and spaghetti squash. I love spaghetti squash! If you've never had it, give it a try! I had never gotten around to my banana in my hectic day, so I made a banana smoothie... ice, vanilla shake powder, water and a banana. YUMMY!! I'm looking forward to see what the scale says tomorrow. Except for the fact the stress causes you to release a chemical that makes you gain weight... which might work against me today!
