since joining my 2 under 2 has changed to 3 under 4...my oldest is 4 (and a half as he do diligently adds every time I say his age...lol) and my 2nd is 2 but will be 3 at the end of next month and my 3rd is 8 months....so, do I have to leave the group when my little guy turns 3 as I will no longer have 2 kiddos 2 and under?

No way. You defnitely don't have to leave when your children pass the 2 Under 2 mark. If anything you might be able to offer some advice to others. I think there are a few members with children older than two, maybe you can connect.
