Well soon I'm going to have 3, 3 and under! But when my 2nd child was born, my son was 16 months old, and my daughter slept in a bassinett in my room for the 1st 2 months, bought my son a racecar toddler bed for Christmas, and thats when my daughter got moved to his crib. BUT that crib converts to a toddler and full size bed, so I am buying another crib (cheap lol) for my next baby due in Dec. so my daughter (who will turn 2 right after this baby is born) can keep the crib but use it as a toddler bed. Kinda confusing lol, but we "kind of" will have 2 cribs!

Yes...they both have a 4in1. I find it easier when my oldest is in her crib. This way I know shes not getting into things and shes sleeping at night.
