Hey I'm currently Trying to Conceive and I would like to know good prenatal vitamins to take. I would like something that doesnt have artificial anything in it,no gelatin, bascially doesn't have junk &  that has the right amount of nutrients. Also something that's easy to swallow and doesn't upset tummy. Please let me know what ya'll reccomend!

The one that I took for my last two pregnancies was Rainbow Light Veganguard Prenatal Vitamin. You only have to take one a day, they are 100% vegan, and they contain ginger juice so they actually EASE your stomach! I LOVED them!
Good luck with TTC! I'm still trying to convince hubby for #4, but he keeps saying "Concentrate on your midwifery school!" Lol. Men!

I am taking these currently as well. I do get an upset stomach with them but for some weird reason if I take it with OJ I am fine.

I took them at night. That also helps avoid upset stomach symptoms. But that goes for any prenatal vitamin.

I'm TTC as well and I'm taking the same ones.  They definitely upset my stomach if I don't take them with food, but with food, I'm totally fine.
Anyone have any suggestions for a good totally vegan DHA suppliment?  I'm meeting with my midwife on Monday, but not sure that she'll know of a good vegan one.

Anyone know of anything that doesn't taste bad? The ones I bought & the ones perscribed make me gag! I almost just want to say "screw it!" and get some with a gel-cap. They should have some with a veggie-gel-cap... I just cannot stand them. They make me feel sick even if I take them at night... and the taste LINGERS. Yuck! I've been taking Flinstones but worry that's not good enough. I do take extra Folic Acid though to get 800 mcg.
