I bought some vegenaise for a recipe and only needed a little. It will take me forever to use it all up. Does anyone have a vegan recipe for anything that calls for a larger amount of vegenaise?? Thanks!

i don't have a recipe that uses a significant amount all at once, but you could add things to it to make different styles of toppings.... liquid smoke and chipotle is my favorite of the moment. or you could add red wine vinegar and some agave. that will give it a miracle whip-like taste.

1 mom liked this
I put it in the blender with a bunch of garbanzo beans, red onion, a touch of mustard, and seasonings and make faux tuna salad. That uses quite a bit of it, depending on how many beans you use.

Make things that traditionally take up a lot of Mayonaise... Potato Salad... Noodle casseroles... etc. I know that potato salad my hubby loves and it can take up a cup at a time depending on how much you make, lol!

I've used it to make ranch dip/dressing (add fresh dill, garlic and parsley). I also use it often on sandwiches with spinach, tomato and black olives. I think you could probably also use it when baking in place of oil if you wanted.

If you like ranch dressing, you can use it to make a vegan ranch dressing.
