New York City - Madison Square Garden and Central Park

Bon Jovi will be ending the Lost Highway tour in New York City on July 14 and 15 at Madison Square Garden.  On July 12, they are playing  a free concert in Central Park.

I have been lucky enough to see them twice already on this tour - both times in PIttsburgh (March 5 and 15).  I had great seats at both shows....row 10, floor section, Richie's side and row 3, center section.  I also was lucky enough to get to go onto the side stage pitt on the 15th and touch Jon!!!

After my 3rd row experience and my stage pitt experience, I thought I had done it all.

Then, along comes the release of the New York dates.  My hubby (who is in Iraq) gave me the go ahead to go to NY if I could get tickets.  Well, I got blessed on this one and got FRONT ROW tickets to the 14th show!! 

I am beyond psyched!!  I have not had a break from single parenting in over 18 months!!  And, now for 4 days I will get to be an ADULT!!  My best friend of 27 years is going with me to NY for a Bon Jovi long weekend.  We will leave  on Friday and come back on Tuesday!!

Then, the free concert was announced and I was lucky enough to get 2 tickets to that!!!  So, I will no be able to see them twice....

Well, I might not actually SEE them at Central Park seeing as how there will be about 60,000 people there and I am NOT fighting anyone for a good view!  I will just go and enjoy the music....

Now, if I wasn't seeing them on the 14th, or didn't already have such GREAT seats, then I might chance it and try to fight for a good view at Central Park....

But, since I have such great seats for the 14th, I will not be risking life and limb for a good seat at the GREAT LAWN!!
