Welcome to Due in December!
I created this group because I couldn't find any others like it here.
My goal here is to talk to and get to know other moms who are due in December.
The only "rule" is to be nice to one another! Remember we all have one common goal here. Healthy December Babies!

Wow... not a whole lot of moms in this group yet!!!!! It must be early in the "finding out" phase!!!!!
I actually found out at the Dr's office when I was scheduled to go in for my annual exam! I was just barely 4 weeks at the time!!!!!!! I was shocked (well it is hard to tell with me because I have never been regular anyways) because we had taken 3 prego tests which all were negative!
Yeah!!!! I am so excited. Thanks for putting this group up. I am looking forward to growing with all of you!!!!

Hi <3
I found out when I was 5 weeks along, that I would be expecting my first child, around the same time as my birthday! My little bundle will be due December 21, but of course, we all know babies don't always come when they're scheduled.
I'm so very excited. This is my DH and I's first baby, and although this was very, very unplanned, we're both equally excited.
I know it's early, but have you thought of what you want for the delivery? I've always dreamed of a private birth between Hubby and I-- No one in the L&D room, and no one in the waiting room... Well, my wish has caused a rather large fiasco in my in-law's house.... I dont know how to deal with this!!!

Quoting ChristmasMom08:I had the same problem.... I wanted to keep everything private as much as possible and some family members wanted to see everything! About a week before I was due I mentioned it to a couple of people that no one would be in the room while the delivery was going on but that the waiting room was available if they wanted.

Then when we were there to deliver I mentioned my wishes to the nurse (nurses pay more attention and get your wishes accomplished better than the Dr!!!) She was awesome! She did not let a single unnecessary soul into our room until I was cleaned up and the baby was in the process of being cleaned up. So I would suggest using the nurse...... no one will want to mess with them.... Good luck!!! And remember.... this is all about YOU, YOUR BABY, AND YOUR HUBBY!
