Question about charging for research

I've been contacted by a firm that needs people to do research in my area.  I am not a certified genealogist, I think they are looking for people who can visit local repositories and do lookups in the area, etc.  I have no clue what I would charge for doing something like this.  Any suggestions?

Here is a link that breaks down progenealogists fees requirements.

I'll do more research in the morning.
