I need ideas for annoucing pregnancy in christmas picture - help! (piog)

I have a client that wants to annouce her pregnancy in her christmas card pictures. But she isn't showing yet. Any ideas?? please and thanks!

Why not try painting on her belly someting like "Arriving 8/18/09" (<--- example)  with a bow around her also!

 ... or in the signature put the familys name,,,, if they have another child put something like:

"from Mommy(name), Daddy(name) and BIG brother/sister(name)"
