I often feel unloved by my son who is 11. He has only kissed me 3 times. I have two younger girls who love to kiss, hug, and cuddle. My son hates to be touched or cuddled I know it is the autism but it still breaks my heart some times so I repeat to myself "he has issues" How do you deal with the heartache........I am human, it hurts?

I just had to send you a belated hug- i know its been awhile since you posted but I really felt the pain in your words. Just remind yourself that your son does love you-he just shows it in a different way.
