Arab Cuisine
The world’s sources of food are the same, but what distinguishes a country from another is the kind of dishes it makes. The agricultural life which prevailed before 1948 made a variety in the kinds of dishes. Palestinian popular dishes have always been connected to specific occasions such as weddings, family gatherings or circumcision. For example, the Maqlouba ( rice) is usually made in the days off, especially on Friday when the whole family gathers together. Confectionery and sweets are usually made in the social and religious holidays like “ Eid Al-Adha and Eid Al-Fetr”. So join me in making exotic dishes from around the world that you can enjoy and make right in your home. They are easy to make and very tasty... Enjoy!!!
