Salaam alaikum ladies . I am looking for a recipe to roast a goat leg . I have tired of beef and I don't eat lamb . Goat meat to me has more flavor and I'd like to make one for Eid next week . Any one have any suggestions for like a good marinade to go on it? Or a way to dress it ?
