I made mlukheyeh, bamyeh w riz, sojouk (american style), and sayyeddeyeh. Those were my big meals. Dinner is usually leftovers or what I heat from the freezer.

asalamu alaikum sis i have a bamya recipe here on the board ITS AWESOME AND SO TASTY MASH'ALLAH
for the curry beef empanadas,
You cook the ground beef and at same time peel and cube a large potato and boil the potato
while ground beef is cooking add sliced onions to it and cook in one pan and the potatoes in another
when beef is almsot done add maybe a 1/2 tspn or more depending on how many empanadas you make , salt and pepper and stir
when potatoes are soft drain the water and add potatoes to the beef mixing it in DONT MASH POTATO IT THOUGH
then put the filing in the middle of the empanada shell and fry on both sides til brown
IM TELLING YOU MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS LOVE IT!!!!!!!MASH'ALLAH
