I do I do...actually my mom gave me this one and its my fav. Here goes:
2 cups farina
1/2 c semna (or butter)
1/4 c coconut
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup yogurt
3/4 cup syrup (instead of adding sugar-use the syrup that u will be pouring on top-it works)
Use the tahina to grease ur pan. Then mix the ingredients. Pour into the pan, pre-cut the shapes and then allow to rest 10/15min. Place in the oven and bake until sides start to brown (she never gave me an exact time-but its about 30-40min). Then a quick broil to brown the top.
Remove from oven and pour some cold syrup on top, and let it soak it up. It does come out yummy. At least we think so. Enjoy (sahtain)
