This is what you will need. I do not know the correct messure ments for it cuz the sister that tought me eyed it. mmmm! she did it by hand I have my bread machine make the dough for me... I will use that one. ok... Dang girl good hinking, lol, lol,

4 cups of flour
1 3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil
2 tablespoons of dry milk or whole milk
1 3/8 cups of water
2 1.4 teaspoon of active dry yeast

Add all of the dry ingrediants except the yeast...sift all the ingrideants together

Add warm water to a glass and add your yeast... this will activate the yeast and get it started.... let it sit to the side for 5 min... mean while add your whole milk if you are using it and and water around the outer edges of the bowl...the in the middle of the flour make a well and pour your yeast into it.
Now start mixing with you hands.

Cover and let rise... she set hers in a oven that he turned on to 200 for 15 min and then turned off and let stand for 5 min... the yest needs to be in a warm invironment to grow....it was in the for almost for a hour. then she punched it down again.... then she coverd and let it rise another 15 min and then she made look below

this is why I got a bread machine.. she made me strip my bead cuz I did not have the right towels to place the dough on... you need a sheet, and some heaey towels to keep the dough in a warm invironment to rise... then she rolled them out and let them rise again under the hevey towels....
I don have a pic of that... Man the bread machine is easyer you add the ingrediants and set it on pasta/dough , it neads it, and warms the inviornment to the right temp and so on... when it is done you just take the pieces out and shape/roll it out place it in the oven to cook and wa-la you got bread....ok back to the recipe

Now your oven should be heating up... 400 f take out all the racks and put one rack on the highest level... place a baking sheet pan on the floor of the oven and let heat up for 20 min... while the ven is heating you you are to let the dough rise again... 20 min. ok now you may be able to place 2-3 dough rounds on a baking sheet. the bread will /should rise and poof up like a balloon... you may only get one side to do it but it i ok... when the bottom portion is done you will need to place the bread on the top rack to let the top brown just change the settting to broil and keep the temp at 400... do this for all the bread and you insh'Allah will have this

This is tooo much steps for me and will insh'Allah post a sep thread for making flat bread that I use the bread Machine to make the dough.
Please if I missed some step I stand corrected and someone who know please correct it...
