Kabob and sheesh tawwk (chicken on skewers) with pic..

I barbecued yesterday..here it is

kabob..ground beef, onion, parsley, half jalapeno pepper, salt and black pepper.

Sheesh tawwk..chicken breast tenders..in a food processor puree fresh cilantro, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and one tomato salt and pepper..marinate the chicken in it for at least one hour.

skew and barbecue ..watch closely so they won't burn..

serve with humus, onion sumaak salad (so yummy with the beef kabob if you like onions), green salad and pita bread..

My girls and I just returned from the store, we got everything we need to make the ground beef kabob. I don't have a camera I would love to send photos of my girls mixing the meat they are having a blast. I hope ours turns out as good as yours looks.

Assalamu alaikum sis. thanks so much for posting this recipe. My hubby and i love to go out and order both the beef kabob, and sheesh tawwk. I have to have hummus on the side but hubby doesnt liek it.. anways.. i will be trying this dish soon. Insha'Allah.. i hope it turns out as good as yours looks..
