Salam Alaikom.
I asked my mother in law for her falafel recipe and I made it several times. I think I have it perfected now.
With a little help from my husband I photographed the
complete step by step diirections.

Quoting Lizabetti:I will definitely visit the site from time to time to see whats new - I love to cook when I have the time and love to cook food from all different cultures, it just gets you away from the daily same old same old stuff :) ... you should also join the group Ya Salam Cooking if you havent already.
Hi--Thank you. We love to cook. I love Egyptian food even though I am Chinese. Actually, we love the foods from both cultures. We have both lived all over and so we cook foods from all over the world. I hope you visit our site often because we add recipes all the time.

Hello Sisters,
It has been a while. I am getting serious about fitness again so I made this Baked Falafel Recipe. It is still Egyptian style taameya, but it is so much easier to make. No reason to not enjoy it with Tahina, Baba Ghanou, and Yogurt Dip. They are all very healthy.
