I make a simple salad

Cucumbers
Tomato
Onion
Salt / Pepper
Vinegar
Olive Oil
a splash of water
squeeze of lemon juice

Cut up all your produce into small pieces or the size you like....up to you..

Season with Salt / Pepper

Add a little bit of Vinegar ( I use red vinegar - not white) - if you add too much vinegar the taste will be off

Add Olive Oil over top everything -  I usually swirve it around over the top

Add a Splash of water  ( 2 Tbsp at the most)

Squeeze 1/2 lemon ontop

Take 2 spoons to mix it all up and then refrigerate... the longer you refrigerate the better.... mix again prior to serving up..

The goal here is not too have too much liquid at the bottom as it will get soggy.... sorry I kinda eyeball my liquids....

Taste it prior to putting in refrigerator and if you feel its missing anything add a little more (Vinegar / olive oil or lemon juice)..

Good Luck !!
