3dus ( Red Lintal Soup)

This soup is realy made in the month of Rahmadhan and ate befor the main meal.

Cut lg onion in small pieces (Dice)
Heat olive oil in a Lg pot, cook onion til trasparent. Wash lintals put it in the pot with the onions add 4-6 cups of water and 1/2 tsp of cumin. bring to a boil and then simmer. When all has cook down and the lintals are soft add fresh choped parcley.

Serve hot
