and this is the result ;)

I took a prepacked mix of vegetables (chinese variety, with sprouts) & a pack of ground soy meat. Steamed the mix on high heat, didn't add any salt or spices because the soy product was already salted, & then all you have to do is fold sambosa (1 Tbsp filling per 1 sambosa) in the dough ( I used ready made dough from the halal store), brush some oil over each piece, spread nicely over the sheet & bake at middle temp till you see golden brownish color coming. What you're getting out of this recipe is a low-fat no-meat light sambosa ;)
