Ok.... Here it is Beauty Queens... My EID Dinner! Taaaaa Daaaaaa! ! ! Preporations 1

Below is the preporations... Insh"Allah when we get to the beach/pier/park and it is cooking I will take more pics and of the table setting insh'Allah.... OK! Now beauty queens I used a sisters recipe for chicken here... whos is it... the only dif is that mine are legs and has the bone still in...

CHICKEN...

 

Chicken w/ maronade of onion, olive oil, parcley, I added garlic, some adobo,

KABOBS-stew beef to make kabobs... I have the items seporate so that I can put them together just before cooking at the park. oinions and peppers and the kabob sticks...I seasoned the meat with a dash of cumin, and adobo   

KEFTA...

Kefta meat... I wraped it then rememberd that I did not take a pic.....drats.... Ok it is ground beef, onions, parcley, garlic, green pepper, cumin, adobo, onion powder...I put it in the food proc so that it all would chop, dice and blend.....lol, lol, lol...

Potatoes........ I peeled and cut 5 large potatoes and place them in a water brine... that is water, salt, blk peper and a lil onion powder... when it is time to cook it I will pour off the water and place them in  a lg piece of foil... I will add butter, wrap it all up and place it on the grill to cook... once done I will add some cut scallions and parcley...serve with  a lil sour cream....The lg container is the SC and the sml one is the butter...

Cole Slaw.....One med head of cabbage, food proc, 3 lg carrots, lemon juice, vinager, sugar, salt and a lil onion powder, Mao and a tsp or two of sour cream
