That as I watch the members of this group slowly add up each day, I get giddy inside.

Thanks for all that have joined.

I have high hopes for this group and would love to see it flourish.

Breastfed my NOW 13 yr old for 2.5 years...and the judgements...and have people saying NOW I hope you don't nurse him as long as you did her ........he's now 14 months as of the 28th and have NO intentions of making him wean NOW....UGH some people are soo clueless... My other 3 I nursed 3 months ( now 18).....5 months ( now 16) and 10 months ( now 14).

It's very easy to sway under the pressure of others around us and their opinions about how we, as mothers, should raise our children. I don't understand why breastfeeding is the leading cause of concern! Pssshhhhh....
	by sighsmom on May. 31, 2008 at 8:55 PM With some people and especially my 3 cousin's who are the most judgemental about nursing,,,it's the unknown and the seeing the attachment maybe some jealousy? it's nuts,,my biggest complain though is these people who tend to judge us...ARE THOSE THAT give their children a bottle until they are 2 or 3...hmmm what they think they are giving them lol.
