I went to Penny's to return a pair of jeans. They were tight when I bought them and they were on sale. But after like two months I asked myself who I was kidding and finally went to return them. So at the counter the girl said "if only you knew how cheap they are now". Oh really, I thought and said "how cheap"? She scanned them and they were three bucks!!!!!! So she was nice enough to let me have the difference back in cash and went out of her way to show me more stuff.
That is customer service and that is why Holly Rocks!!!!!!!
