Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow ~ Inspiration for Today

There are two days in every week about which we should not worry.  Two days which should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

One of these days is yesterday with its mistakes and cares, its faults and blunders, its aches and pains.  Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.  All the money in the world can not bring back yesterday.  We can not undo a single act we performed.  We can not erase a single word we said.  Yesterday is gone!

The other day we should not worry about is tomorrow.  With its possible adversities, its burdens, its large promise and poor performance.  Tomorrow is also beyond our immediate control.  Tomorrow's Sun will rise, either in splendor or behind a mask of clouds, but it will rise.  Until it does, we have no stake in tomorrow, for it is yet unborn.

This just leaves only one day...Today!  Any person can fight the battles of just one day.  It is only when you and I add the burdens of those two awful eternity's - yesterday and tomorrow that we break down.  It is not the experience of today that drives people mad.  It is the remorse or bitterness for something which happened yesterday and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.

Let us therefore live but one day at a time!

Last week I posted about The Power of a Reliable Income and what a Reliable Income means on my WAHM Blog. This week I wanted to discus how families can receive a Reliable Income and what options there are.

A Reliable Income is an income that you can count on being there month after month. An example might be a rental property that has a signed lease and you can count on that income coming in for a certain time frame. It might be a product that you make like a craft and a store that has contracted a certain amount of your product. Or it may be a service that you provide through a referral, affiliate or associate program.

Each of the above options would provide you with a Reliable income. For most families in todays economy buying a second home to rent out is not financially doable and not everyone has been gifted with talents to manufacture items such as crafts. But with todays technology most individuals are tech savvy leading to the third option stated above. You can earn a very reliable income through affiliate programs using your home computer.

Whatever option you decide upon make sure it's something you enjoy and find value in! If you enjoy what you do you're likely to be very successful!
