About Choosing Not to Vaccinate

When I joined CafeMom I noticed that a lot of mothers did not vaccinate their children. I was appalled to notice that in almost every group Moms were being degraded for choosing not to vaccinate, delay vaccinating or minimally vaccinate. I felt so alone in my decision and as though there should be a place where Moms who choose to go against the norm, think for themselves, and have the bravery to make such a tough decision could talk openly and freely without persecution. Also for those same mothers to educate other open-minded women about the dangers of vaccinating and help those looking for answers. This is the place. This is our safe haven. This is where you can feel free to speak openly about your decisions regarding NOT vaccinating without anyone trying to convince you that what you are doing is wrong.
Your intuition has led you here - led you to your decision, led you to question what is right, led you to this group. I am proud of you for your strength, courage, knowledge and power to follow your intuition in the face of adversity. It’s a long hard path choosing what’s right for our children and I commend you for doing a great job. If you are a Mom who is still deciding what to do about vaccines trust your instincts - by being here you already know that it’s trying to tell you something. Follow that voice, follow your heart, listen to what it is trying to tell you - it will always be right. By trusting it you are making the right choice, no matter what anyone else has to say.
Our group is growing now by 10 to 30+ members every day! We have pediatrician members, nurses, chiropractors and many other health professionals! I feel so much stronger now in my decision not to vaccinate b/c of this wonderful group.
