I'm just curious what is the best thing you do for yourself. Do you have any health goals?
i think the best things we do are eating whole foods and lots of veggies, very little prepackaged stuff, no hfcs or msg or any other crap lol. we have raw/whole food multivitamins, my kids get probiotics. and of course, they're vax-free. i also use toxin-free cleaning supplies and no dryer sheets, we cloth diaper (so no toxins on their sensitive bits). i think those are the most important things i do for our health. oh, and for their mental health, lol, we don't have tv (like, no cable or dish or even local channels, we do own a television and some movies) so their brains aren't fried by mindless cartoons or brainwashing commercials
Try to get lot's of sleep, eat organic, take my supplements, eat vegan, try to reduce stress, drink lot's of water, stay away from unnecessary med's and otc drugs, take lot's of walks and be full of gratitude:D I have a goal of slowing down/reducing my new and annoying Fibromyalgia symptoms this summer, today is not going so well:(
well I really feel like I'm failing in all areas right now I don't know why it gets harder with pregnancy, the time its more important.
I guess the thing I do is to stay away from fastfood, greasy foods, soda and caffine.
Quoting cristinaberger:

Daily vitamins and exercise. All organic meats and dairy. Just started an all-organic veggie garden in our backyard. My little "get-a-ways" and GNOs, as needed. And prayer.
