Hi, my name is Emmy and i am now the group owner of "Choosing Not to Vaccinate"...I am really excited about this opportunity to share info and ideas, and exchange other mom's stories. I think we have a wonderful forum here and I would like to keep it a respectful place for all non vaccinating parents, and those who wish to seek more information regarding the issue. Goodness knows, we all need all the support we can get!!! If anyone needs informaiton or help of any kind, I will do what i can do help find the answers you are looking for.
I am the mother of 4, one partially vaxed til 2, and the other 3 haven't had any. I had always questioned the necessity of them with my first, and when my other 3 came along, i just knew it wasn't right for my family. I still feel to this day my firstborn is vaccine injured. He is now 24, and has a plethora of health issues. My other 3 children never had the issues the oldest has. In my family, not vaccinating has been the right choice for us.

I joined this group when my second was born and we were considering delaying vaxes. Our fifth child was born last month and he didn't even receive a Vit K shot!! Our second received the Vit K and Hepatitis B and we have done nothing else. Our 3rd and 4th received the Vit K shot. Our first was vaccinnated until he was 18 months.
Welcome as the group owner!! I actually first found Cafemom when first doing a search on vaccines and this group came up! I'm so happy it did as it started my many years of reseach and my 3.5yr old DS is vaccine free except for the Hep B they gave at birth.
Head Start turned us away. Question
