Homeopathy 101

I have done homeopathy with my family for over 12 yrs. My Mother in law has used homeopathy with her family for over 25 yrs. We have a homeopath we see, but for every day things, we can do our own home care.

Thanks for sharing! I've always felt leary about purchasing homeopathic products because I don't know who sells quality stuff, and I've wanted to understand it more. I'll check these links out when I have a chance. :)

most of the stuff that says Homeopathic, isn't really homeopathic. And alot of the products that are, usually are a bunch of remedies put together so the it will work no matter what remedy you need. (example those teething tablets have about 4-6 remedies put together, b/c one of them will work with your body.) But that's not really using homeopathy correctly, and there are different remedies counteract each other. it doesn't hurt you, but it will just stop the remedy from helping you. I usually try one remedy at a time and when I do find one works for a person, I write it down with the person's name, and their symptoms. (like my daughter swells up when she gets bit from a mosquito, I give her staphysagria till the swelling starts to go down, usually in a day, then I follow with ledum, for the bites themselves. But you could give both at the same time.
