My 3 year old has been complaining about chills and body aches all day, and now he has a fever of 102. He's coughing occasionally. I'm hoping it isn't the flu, but it sounds a lot like the start of it!
I made a big batch of elderberry syrup and we've been taking that daily already, but I'm giving him some every couple hours now. He's about to drink some green tea with honey. I'm not sure what else we can do.
When does it get worrisome? What else can I do to stop this from getting bad?

I would do vitamin d too. We all have it here, and it is a nasty one. Lots of laying around and taking it easy. Hope he is over this quickly!
