Mandates should target vulnerable populations. The requirement for a measles vaccine correctly targets children. According to the World Health Organization, increased measles vaccinations resulted in a 74 percent drop in measles deaths between 2000 and 2010. I got this from  an article in usnews.

What do you think about this. I am wondering how it is that a vaccine can reduce the amount of deaths? There has to be something to be read inbetween the lines.

I wonder to what degree other programs (such as food. clean water, etc) were cocurrently being introduced with the vaccine.  BTW

This is the CDC pink book on Measles.  No mentions of deaths and the number of cases is as low as 37 with most in adults.  Here

74% decrease? Out of what like 100 people? Not buying it. Sources? Statistics?
