when you have to vax

I know I saw somewhere ways to minimize effects of vax for people who have to vax (like military and other jobs). My friend's dh is a family physician whose office is in a hospital. He has the "choice" of flu shot annually or wear a mask at all times "for his protection." He gets sick from the shot every year. He's ok with patients delayed/selective/not vax. So, what can he take to help him with it? Thanks!

I'm sorry, he's a physician and doens't know how to care for himself after he vaccinated himself?  And you need ideas to give him?

Vitamins a, c and d. Although I'd take the mask.

Mask.

And I'd wear all sorts of cool stickers on it.  Maybe even some fake teeth.  And a big sign on my chest that says, "Ask me why I'm forced to wear this mask."  :)

There are de-tox regimens that you can begin prior to the vaccine and continue for some time afterward.  I don't know what these are, but perhaps others in this group do?

Thank you, jellyphish and goodybrook. Geez, emmy, I hope you realize snippy remarks make you sound condescending and are part of why people don't question vaccines enough (they assume we're all looking down on them for asking questions). I was just trying to be helpful to a friend. Since you couldn't or wouldn't offer any ideas, I spent some more time online. Next time someone asks, gelsemium and thuja are a couple of homeopathic remedies for detoxing after flu (and a few other) vaccines.

Sorry, didn't mean to sound condescending.......i just can't wrap my head around a dr who vaxes himself and then needs ideas from someone else  to combat the vax he just gave himself. To me, it makes no sense at all.  Like, didn't he bother to research for himself what to do?  after all, he's a dr.   I would think he'd have colleagues where he works to gain that info.  As well as his own PDR.   Had you said he was an IT specialist in a hospital who had to get the vax, my answer would have been totally different.

I agree with the PPs that say, 'take the mask'. However, if he is dumb enough to agree to a useless but harmful vaccine, here are some suggestions, in addition to homeopathic remedies he can use to minimize the effects:

I actually agree with emmy. He's a doctor. It's his job to be knowledgeable in this subject. The fact he's asking laymen is kinda scary.

I'd wear a mask.
