Welcome to our group. Very glad to have you. These are the group guidelines, please read them carefully before posting in the group.

Both vaccinating and non-vaccinating mothers are welcome in this group.

This is a group of respect and peace no disrespect of the choices and opinions of others will be tolerated - at all! If you disagree with others choosing not to vaccinate their own children then there are other groups where you'll fit right in. Any members who make others feel uncomfortable will be promptly removed. We're here to provide support and information - not to convince anyone else to accept our views. This is a place of openness and respect and positivity.

Please read the FAQ post in our group BEFORE sending me a private message with questions regarding vaccines. I have answered the most popular questions in that post because I get lots of messages with the same questions over and over. Please feel free to message me if I have not answered your question in the FAQ post AND you have tried posting your question in the group with no success. I am more than happy to answer everyone's questions but I want to avoid answering the same one over and over.

Everyone is to respond respectfully to every post in this group - even if you disagree. And if you find it difficult to respond with respect then DO NOT RESPOND!! Any and all posts showing disrespect to another member of this group will be removed without question. Harsh tones and unkind words are unacceptable here. These posts will be deleted immediately and the members involved removed. All posts with abuse reported posts will be deleted immediately - no questions asked.

POLITICS - Any and all debates about politics will be deleted by admin staff right away, no questions asked. Unfortunately every debate turns into name-calling and I get called in to do damage control. This is not a debate group - there are plenty out there if you wish to join one. Debates turning ugly will be deleted and your membership revoked.

State your own opinions as opinions please.
When you share information please provide a reference to a link or a book or at least mention where you got your information from. We need to spread facts - not fear - about vaccines. There are a lot of websites regarding vaccines that might be misinforming others and using scare tactics but that's not welcome here. Members touting facts that aren't true will be removed from the group. We who have it, are here to provide information to mothers who are questioning vaxing who are very capable of making their own decisions. There is enough scary info on vaxes - we do not need to make them sound any worse than they already are. Our purpose here is to stop the rumors about vaxes - not start new ones.

PROFANITY - All posts with profanity directed toward another member here will be promptly deleted, no questions asked. Should you use profanity otherwise, not directed at any member of the group, please be kind and label your post in the title with "(language)" or something similar. I personally don't care if anyone curses and I curse all the time and being able to vent is important, but there are people who get offended and would like to just skip posts that have profanity. So please respect their requests to know which posts will have foul language.

 Thank you very much!

Jenn

  • Agreed!

Thank you for reminding all of us that being able to cite our information is very important.. and that our opinions should be labeled as just that opinions!!

Feel like we have strayed from that one lately!

  • Of course, always have. Wish some people had this little "reminder" before replying to my circum post months back.... O well

For all of its proven PUBLIC health benefits, breastfeeding is a PERSONAL DECISION -- shooting your kid full of toxins, though, is a "social responsibility."
