I am in NY and we have religious and medical here.  We homeschool, so I haven't had to worry about using an exemption, but if I have to, I will use religious.

MN. Philosophical

We could change it to religious should our laws change, though.

I am in Maryland and when the time comes I will use Religious.

My 3 cousins who are 18, 16 and 9 are all exempt using religious exemption. Two oldest go to a private school and the youngest goes to a public school.

I'm in Florida and will use the religious exemption if we decide to put our daughter in school.

Same here.  I was told that in Ohio it's pretty easy to opt out of any vaccine for any reason.  I have a few years before I might have to worry about it (we may home school but haven't decided yet).
