I go to my post partum appointment tomorrow morning and i wanted to ask all of you nursing moms whats safe and not safe to use as far as birth control...

what did you use or what do you use?

I was going to get on the mini pill, I think that is the only breastfeeding safe birth control. I changed my mind, I never seem to get pregnant until I stop breastfeeding, but you still can!

After I had my daughter I got the depo shot but then I decided to get the mirena.
