Milk supply suddenly low after this long?

I've been nursing my daughter for almost 10 months now.  Over the last week or so, my supply seems to have plummeted.  I'm still drinking a ton of water, even more so in the summer heat.  I did stop taking the prenatal vitamins about a month ago because of budget issues.  The baby does eat a lot of solids, but she still nurses 5 times a day (or wants to).  She's been getting frustrated  because of the lack of milk, particularly at nap and bed times.  Could my stopping the prenatal vitamins have affected my supply?  Is this just a phase at 10 months?  Should I run out for some fenugreek to increase the supply this late in the game?

could it be something else going on (teething, growth spurt)? how do you know it's low? are you nursing before solids? nursings need to come before solids always, until after baby is a year old. solids should be given within a half hour of nursings. at 10 months, i would think baby should be nursing more than 5 times/day. can you try to add sessions? you can also eat oatmeal and try fenugreek to see if it helps. how are diapers? still having at least 6 per day?
