So i already have a 6 years old baby and i maybe beastfeed her i would say like 2weeks...  she has always been very healthy so sfter the two weeks i stopped and began to feed her the store bought baby milk.

Now i have my son who is 3months almost 4months old now i was breast feeding but then became sick and now i havent breast fed in like a month. i would like to breastfeed him and i have been doing so much research online of all the herbal products i can take to increase my milk produciton. i still produce milk just a very small amount of it (less then one ounce from both breasts together) so i am taking fenugreek, mothers milk tea, fennel seed pills, and brewers yeast. i have been taking them all for about a week now andi still have no huge change. i read online how mothers go to canadian pahrmacies online to order domperidone? i have seen a new product called Motherlove? i have heard some really good things about that one.. does anyone have any feedback for me? i have a huge list of things that are used to help with the milk production but i dont want to waste my money.. what do you think is it still possible to breast feed? fenugreek, blessed thistle, goats rue, fennel seed, brewers yeast, marshmallow root, anise, shatavari? has anyonme tried this? AAAAAAAAH please help.

NURSE NURSE NURSE!!!!!  The supplements can only help if you are also nursing.  Take a weekend and stay in bed.  Do not offer a bottle AT ALL.  Just let your baby nurse as much as he wants.  This is the best thing to up your supply.  Remember that pumping doesn't really show how much milk you have.  Some women have a ton of milk, but can only pump an ounce.  The only way to know if you have enough milk is to count diapers.  You'll know your supply is back to normal when your baby has 6 wet diapers a day.
