My daughter has done nothing but nurse every 30 minutes today, every hr yesterday and every 2 hrs the day before...

I feel like the only thing i'm good at doing this week is making her milk. I'm starving and eating 5 to 6 ballanced meals a day. drinking plenty of water at least 10 8 oz glasses a day. I cant manage to go to the store with out her screaming the whole time I'm only out for a total of 15 minutes and can feed her before we leave.... Is any one else feeling this way or have felt this way?? she is going on 5 weeks on tuesday... I'm Tired!!

Well I see from your profile that your baby is still very young so yeah that is what I felt like when my dd was that age. I was one big fat boob. I know you do not want to hear this but yes it does get better. It took my daugther two months to really get into a pattern of  nursing ever hour and a half to two hours. I do have a question for you though. Is your daughter always crying?? Does your baby have a hard time sleeping??? Just wondering if she is just uping your supply or if there is something else at play here.

Babies dont do schedules, it will be a long time before that happens. Just relax and go with your baby.

Also, my DD was the same way as, i think, everyone's baby was. It was over before i knew it, but i remember those early weeks seemed to drag on. Just hang in there you are doing a wonderful job!

Yeah I felt like that.. It really makes you feel special when you realize you're NOT mommy just a walking talking milk machine.. and she is probably doing some growing.. We promise it gets better.. But then again my DD loved to go shopping she had nosy baby syndrome.. but maybe a sling for shopping will help..

expecting boyblowing bubblesDon't complain about life if you're not willing to get off your ass and do something to change it.
