disorder of lactation?

i was talking to my case manager with my insurance today and she was saying that in order to qualify for a breastpump that i have to get a script saying that i have a disorder of lactation.what the crap does that mean?

That means that you have to pump in order to feed your baby. There needs to be a reason why you can not just nurse the baby.
