The weather is finally turning, so all Stroller Strides classes in Bend will be moving outside on May 12! If you haven't tried a class yet, now is your chance to get into shape for summer and meet some really great moms at the same time. We have a blast and we'd love for YOU to join us.
Classes are held at Pilot Butte State Park on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday @ 9:15 am. All fitness levels are welcome and your first week is FREE!
Classes are ideal for both prenatal exercisers and new moms (who are at least 6 weeks postpartum.)

I'm looking forward to exercising outside in the fresh air. The track at Pilot Butte is a great location for the workout. Matthew loves to be in the stroller outside so I think he will like it better than the gym. See ya Monday morning.![]()
